Amanda surveys the tuna fleet in the Manta, Ecuador harbor

Dear friends and family,

We've arrived!  We anchored in Manta just after noon.  Tomorrow we'll be preparing to tour the interior of Ecuador.  On Sunday we're taking a bus with our Australian friends from Vamp up to Quito and surrounds for a week or so, so we won't be able to reply to emails during that time.
